If you wish to attend the full AGM day please book tickets via the online Shop using the menu at the top of the page.  For those who have already purchased tickets, you will be sent your joining instructions and copies of both the Agenda & last years Minutes 2 weeks before the event.

Voting by Proxy
If you are a member and can’t attend but wish to vote by proxy, please send the name of your nominated proxy by email or post to the Administrator at least 1 week prior to the meeting.
