An Educational Masterpiece in Sussex

Price: Members £75 – Standard £85

We start with a private guided tour of the earliest recorded garden with Buxus planting at Fishbourne Roman Palace, nr Chichester, before visiting Sandhill Farmhouse, Petersfield, West Sussex, the home of a long-standing member, Rosemary Alexander, the principal founder of the English Gardening School. There are unusual plants and topiary in abundance, all arranged in a quite wonderfully landscaped garden.

After a pub lunch we will visit another private garden close to Sandhill.
