The first visit is to Yews Farm, Martock, Somerset the home of members Louise and Fergus Dowding, who have created an extravaganza of topiary shapes of box, yew and bay.
There is no end to their originality, with shapes such as giant buns, mushrooms and chocolates.
After lunch we will visit Bradon Farm, Isle of Abbots, Taunton, which has a stunning topiary garden created by Deborah Jones, who has in a few years turned a field into a haven, using hundreds of cuttings she has grown into intricate topiary designs.
